  1. Yogamonks is designed to bring reveal unconscious patterns of thoughts and actions that limit or constrain us. By using structured vinyasas that rely on deep internal connectivity (as addressed within Anatomy trains and rolfing) consciousness is stimulated and directed into the physical, emotional and mental aspects of oneself.  A sense of play is requested in order  break habitual patterns of comfort and limitation and challange any inflexibility between mind and body. The Vinyasas are extremely precise and effective in constructing a more efficient, coherant and potent version of ourselves. As mind and body are in constant dialogue, yogis are asked to express what they are experiencing so transformation occurs consciously. As union is experienced, deep asana and meditation become effortless and nourishing.  Invite shakti-the undeniable and phenomenal force of life to bursts through. Come practice the art of letting go and liberate your inherent luminous divine self!
